Privacy Policy

This policy describes how Nudge (“we”, “the app”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use the Nudge iOS app and this website. Nudge is operated by Luka Kurtiak.
Information we collect
- Account. Name and email from Sign in with Apple or Google. If you hide your email with Apple, we receive Apple’s private relay address instead.
- App data. Tasks, lists, notes, due dates, urgency, team memberships, and nudges you send or receive.
- Notifications. If you allow push notifications, a device token so we can send you alerts about nudges and tasks.
- Technical. Basic server logs needed to run the service (for example, timestamps of requests). We do not sell advertising data and we do not use third-party ad trackers.
How we use it
- To create and maintain your account
- To sync tasks, lists, and team nudges across devices
- To send push notifications you have opted into
- To provide support and keep the service secure
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We use service providers that process data only to run Nudge:
- Apple and Google — sign-in
- Supabase — authentication and database hosting
- Expo / Apple Push Notification service — delivering notifications
We may disclose information if required by law.
Account deletion
You can delete your account in the app: Profile → Delete account. This permanently removes your login and the app data associated with your account, including nudges you sent to others.
If you cannot open the app, email artem@kurtiak.org from the address on your account and we will delete it.
Children
Nudge is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
